How to raise a data-protection grievance

Write to the Grievance Officer at cs.sachdevaestates@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Protection Grievance”. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  1. Your full name and the phone number or email you used with us, so we can locate your records.
  2. A clear description of your concern — for example, a request to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, or to withdraw consent you previously gave.
  3. Any reference details that help — the property or enquiry involved, approximate dates, and copies of relevant messages.
  4. What outcome you are seeking, so we understand how to put things right.

Our response commitment

We acknowledge every grievance promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days of receipt, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If a matter needs longer, we will tell you why and keep you updated until it is closed.

If you are not satisfied

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India established under the DPDP Act, 2023, in accordance with the procedure notified by the Board.
