Sh. Krishan Lal Sachdeva established Sachdeva Estates in Chandigarh in 1990 — building one of Tricity's most respected commercial real estate practices not through scale, but through depth. Every investor relationship is personal. Every asset recommendation is considered.
His founding philosophy is simple: the best commercial real estate advice comes from someone who has more at stake in the relationship than in the transaction. That principle has guided every engagement for over three decades.
Today, Sachdeva Estates is the firm families trust not just for their first commercial investment — but for every one that follows.

Sudeep Sachdeva
Son of the founder, Sudeep leads all investor relationships, advisory mandates, and the Investor Club. He oversees project curation, developer partnerships, and the Research Centre — carrying forward the practice his father built, with the tools and rigour of a new era.
Director, Office On Demand
Mrs. Aneesa Sachdeva
Mrs. Aneesa Sachdeva heads the Office On Demand division — Sachdeva Estates' workspace leasing and managed office arm across Chandigarh Tricity. She oversees all flex and co-working mandates, client relations, and the day-to-day operations of the division.

1990
Sachdeva Estates established in Chandigarh by Sh. Krishan Lal Sachdeva. First commercial mandate completed.
1998
Expanded into pre-leased asset advisory as institutional tenants began entering the Tricity market.
2005
Mohali IT corridor growth — first large-format office transactions and multi-crore investor placements completed.
2012
Formalised the Investor Club concept. First closed group of qualified investors given exclusive pipeline access.
2018
Office On Demand division launched under Mrs. Aneesa Sachdeva. Workspace leasing becomes a strategic growth arm.
2026
Digital platform and Research Centre launched. 35 years of relationships, now backed by institutional-grade tools.
